About Pickd

Pickd is a small, curated directory of AI tools ranked by use case. Instead of listing thousands of tools, we pick a short, ranked shortlist for each common job, such as vibe coding, video, writing, research or automation, and tell you who each tool is best for.

How we rank

For every tool, we confirm it is real and available on the maker's own site, check the claims in its listing against official pages, and link those sources. Within each use case, tools are ranked by how well they fit the most common need, and every listing shows when it was last reviewed. We re-review listings when a tool ships a major update.
